Absolutely love Nail Studio and Spa! I used to go to the other nail salon that opened up next to Old Navy in the same plaza. Nail Studio and Spa is more professional, quick, and the staff is much friendlier. The only draw back is that it is very busy, but it’s because they are good!! I go right when they open at 10AM and I’ll continue to go there!!

If you like your nails peeling away from the skin then this is the place for you! I got an acrylic set done here and the service was less than impressive. I had asked for a set of coffin tip nails and the shape I had received was nowhere close. The paint job he did for both my fingers and toes was sloppy, and the "accent" nail is always a terribly done flower. After I had these nails taken off, my finger nails have been peeling away from the skin. My doctor had said this is due to whatever chemical they had used. So now I have to wait 4 months for my nails to grow back so I can paint them. Another thing to consider is that the staff is rude, and has no qualms talking badly about you. One of the nail techs thought it was acceptable to tell my mother that what I had been wearing was inappropriate and that I should feel embarrassed. So it's nice to know that when you go to the nail salon to feel better about yourself, you can always count on the staff to make you feel horrible about your depression and upset your mother.

Highly upset!!! So they have a no appointment policy. Ok fine. I work 10-7 everyday. They close at 8 right? So when I walk in with 3 busted nails at 7pm, from a full set I got there, you would think I could be seen!!! Well nope!!! You lost a loyal customer today!! Thanks for nothing!!!

They only allow walk-ins so you get whatever nail tech is available. The nail techs are just average. So when I found a good one, Angie, I either had to wait an hour for her to be available OR come back in 2 hours. I did this for a year... finally got tired of the wasted time & aggravation.
The owners are very nice but seem to value quantity over quality.

I love this place! The owner knows my name, and many of the other customers that go there regularly. They do a great job, and are also entertaining. This is a busy salon, so expect to wait during peak times. Reasonably priced as well. If you haven't been before, you definitely need to try it out!
