SHOULD HAVE TRUSTED MY GUT AND WALKED OUT. DO NOT GO HERE!
I was a walk-in customer for a shellac French manicure. The place just felt "dirty" when I walked in, but I gave it a chance anyway. A total of three different people worked on my manicure because the first guy, I'm assuming one of the owners or managers, had to keep getting up to get change for the others or talk on his cell phone or go on Facebook--while I sat there waiting. His first "substitute" sat down and was pulling out and slamming drawers looking for tools and things as it wasn't her station and she was very scrambled. He then came back for a minute or two then substitute number two came in, almost repeating what the others had already done.
I know some people like it quiet, but a good nail tech would at least have made an attempt to see if I was one of those who liked conversation or quiet. Not one of them even attempted to engage in conversation--with ME that is. They were either on their phones talking while doing my nails or carrying on conversations in their native tongue making me feel like nothing more than an inconvenience and just slapping my hand (instead of a gently touch or guiding) when they were ready for the other hand.
The original man finally sat down to complete the job (of course on his blue tooth). It's then that I noticed his nails were dirty. I mean really?? I should have trusted my gut when I first walked in.
Also, when I got home I noticed bubbles in my polish; two of the nails broke within 3 days. That never happens to me!

I was a walk in customer today. The people working in this place are very rude. I wanted a full set of nails but only wanted to pay $25 which I have had before. This time I didn't like the length for the money I was going to pay. He refused to fix it. I asked if he could take the tips off and redo but he refused. He told me to take them off myself or go somewhere else. He wanted to charge me $5 to remove something he just did that I didn't like. He told me he doesn't need customers like me. I wonder what exactly he meant by this. I wonder if it's because I'm black. While I was talking to him he wouldn't acknowledge me talking to him as he was turned around on his computer.

I was a walk-in shellac mani. Within the hour I was there, I waited 15 minutes while two of the nail techs were in the back of the salon arguing (I could hear them screaming at each other in the front), and I went through all 3 of the nail techs that were there before my manicure was finished.
When my manicure was finished, I just wanted to get out of there so I payed and left. In the car, I looked at my nails and half of them were misshaped, the polish was bubbly, and on two of my nails that they misshaped they painted ON MY SKIN. I went home and immediately fixed them myself because if I went back into that salon, I would not be a very nice person.
Save your time, save your money, and save your nails. DO NOT GO HERE.

I wouldn’t even give them a star if I had a choice.. SO DIRTY. Beware! I went there yesterday because of time/convenience and I’m still regretting it!

Wonderful people! Victoria always helps me. This is regular polish with a regular manicure. The pedicures are amazing too!
