Once in awhile you might get someone who is good, which is the only reason why I’m giving this place a 2 instead of 1. There was a lady who did a good job with my waxing especially, the Brazilian wax she did did not hurt at all. Besides that, since 2017 every other time I’ve went they’ve done a less than mediocre job for such a high price. I don’t like the way they painted my nails at all last time, there were bumps at the tips of my nails. Do not recommend, even for a basic job.

This place was terrible. I had a manicure and paraffin wax done. Sue was not responsive and she did a terrible job on my nails. Cash only tips???? And they did not have any lower dollar bills so I had to give $10 tip. I will never go back. I do not recommend. For this establishment being in Tyson'ss Corner mall I'm very disappointed this is a wealthy area. My girl and I will never return. If I could give zero stars I would.

Let me start with the good…
The Lady That did my pedicure and my full set of gel nails did an excellent job. Truly excellent. She was very sweet, responded well when I ask her to change the shape of my nails, application was perfect.
I did have a bit of a difficult time understanding her, her English was not the best, but in every other way I was very happy. I tipped her well.
The facility was very clean and modern, the massage chairs for the pedicure work great. Obviously equipment was being sterilize properly. I definitely felt comfortable in that environment

The way their business model is set up, everything is $5 more.

I was somewhat understanding of several of the things early on and I simply went with the basic model. I didn’t really get frustrated until I was told it would be five dollars more to shape my nails into a more trendy pointed style as opposed to oval, square, or round. You’re telling me that making a triangle is harder than a square or circle? She tried to say it took longer and was more difficult to do… But the look on her face said she knew that wasn’t true. I don’t blame her… It’s what they are required to do. But it just leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.

Definitely overpriced, but Michelle did a pretty decent job on my fill in and my pedicure. I paid almost $90 for both services and that was their basic pedi and basic fill. I’d go back if I had to, but I’ll be searching for a more reasonably priced salon.

Love this place , so easy to pop into while shopping. Ask for Michelle she did my nails and did a great job. Also she gives an amazing massage!!
They did the cutest design too !:) I will be back!
