This place is amazing! I've been coming here for sometime now. Kayla is absolutely amazing and the front staff is awesome! She takes her time and is very good at what she does! I've had other techs as well and they were awesome too! You can't go wrong at this place!

I have been going here since they opened. I usually go with Phoebe. She is the best as far as friendly, clean and a perfectionist at what she does. Yesterday I called in for an appointment with Phoebe which I already knew she wasn't working just thought I would ask for her anyway. I asked for someone with a similar experience to Phoebe and they put me with Amy, I think that was her name. She didn't talk. she was very unprofessional, rough, sloppy, she looked mad and every time I would mention how I wanted something done she would not answer me just roll her eyes. Not impressed at all. I finally had enough with her and I told her to please get the owner. Never did the owner come over. They send a young lady to ask me if I wanted to come in tomorrow because they were busy and they have appointments. I then told her that I also have an appointment and that its not my fault that Amy was unprofessional and that I wasn't going to tolerate her treating me the way she did. I am a paying customer and have been for years. She then said I would have to wait 45 minutes for someone else to help me because they were busy and they were tending to appointments. I just told her that's fine I will wait but I will not return after this and she said okay. A lady named Nancy finished my nails and by the way she was bright, happy and very professional. I highly recommend her to anyone. Please note that they have also raised the prices. I will not be returning after all these years and my three girls will also not be returning. It didn't seem important to them when I mentioned I would not be returning so I will take my money and business elsewhere. I understand when you are having a bad day but don't take it out on your customers.

For clients thats has an allergy to latex, if you do bring your own gloves you will not be able to get services. Ladies at front desk informed me I have to bring gloves. I responded I bring gloves as a courtesy and a convenience for me. That they are a business and should provide them to their workers as they have knowledge that some customers have latex allergies. The amount of money charged for services should include latex and non- latex glove options.

I always get really good pedicures here and have been coming for years. The decor and ambience has always been top notch, yet lately I have noticed it's not as clean as it used to be. The book with prices listed was handed to me with stains and grime from previous use. I asked for a napkin to clean it and most of it came off. Also many of the pedicure stations need some TLC that could easily be done with a simple wipe down between customers. Tables and cup holders were all a bit grimy with previous food and drink stains/ spills. The pedicure was good as always but the noticeable grime took away from the overall experience.
