First time coming to this salon today. My friend and I walked in and was greeted right away & was told to sit for the pedicures. As for our SNS Gel manicure , it took literally almost an hour for them to get someone to do it . They kept taking people that came after us because we were getting our pedicures done so by the time we were ready for our hands - the technicians were all occupied by clients after us. Over all they were all nice and professional. I would recommend them & I will be going back again. I love their work. It’s definitely quality work. I live all the way in Queens Village & traveled to come here due to their great reviews. They charged $30 for the SNS Gel manicure & $16 for pedicure. My friend also did the eye lash extensions which took the technician 20 minutes and it looked great. That cost $22 . Let’s see how everything holds up after today... we walked out satisfied clients .

I'm giving them one star only because we wonder three times and those three times we had to wait an hour to just get our pedicures done and 20 minutes to get our manicures. There's no organization and they are really rough and not gentle of doing your nails it's something you're going to do to be relaxed and they're squeezing your hand and your toes it's just not a nice place to go to. The nail polish aren't applied smoothly there rushed because of the amount of people waiting for the past 2 hours and are getting upset when anyone leaves they tried to get them to stay and do their nails even if they're tired of the wait, you shouldn't have to sit there and wait until someone decides to do your nails and they do not take appointments at all. I wouldn't recommend this place!

My mother and I asked for mani pedi. Juajua is a recent hire and provided me with a great massage along with a manicure. My mother was equally pleased with her manicurist, who was very attentive to mom. Results were great manicures, eyebrow was a d massages.

I dont really enjoy coming here I actually gave them a second chance recently but no luck there. First things first they dont do good nails very poor job with cleaning cuticles and ingrowns and nails...I feel like they pretend to clean and scour but theyre truly NOT......
If you value your time and money go someplace else please...

I went here to get a full set and my cuticles cleaned. The woman wouldnt even wash her hands before beginning. I asked to see tools that she would be using on my nails. She brought out the tray and proceeded to grab my right hand n begin. These tools were dirty!!! I asked if they were sterilized and she got out an unmarked bottle with some purple liquid. She sprayed the tools and used her hands and apron to wipe it clean. Lemme say i flipped out. I was so god dam disgusted. Please beware and bring your own things or just dont support buisness that dont have integrity to do things the right way. An infection is not worth it. U can easily get a fungus from dirty tools and tables. Your skin is exposed and from what i saw they do not disinfect the table when they are done with a session. BE CAREFUL WHERE U GO!!
