This place, had a Groupon promotion back in early April, which I purchased. First strike, they never answer their phone to make an appointment, which is required (no walk-ins). So you have to leave a message and then wait a few days for a return call. Fine. Second bad point, they had to schedule me way far in advance, which seems like it should mean they are super busy, but why would they need the Groupon then?
Finally, more than two months later, the day before I'm about to finally have my pedicure I've been craving, waiting for as a reward, I get a call saying they are canceling my appointment because they don't want to honor the Groupon deal they signed up for. No explanation or even offer to reschedule. They were curt and totally ruined my planned relaxation day, so visitor beware I'd say this place has no interest in customer satisfaction or even attracting new customers.
