Very bad service here I do not recommend. I went into the salon to get almond shape nails for my daughter and I and both different technicians advised us that Almond nail shape wouldn't look good on us. I have a thicker nail bed but my daughter has smaller nail bed so I don't know how the nail shape wouldn't look good on either of us. None of the technicians wanted to do what we liked instead they wanted to do whatever they thought was best. I ended up getting a regular manicure and my daughter did acrylics which she dint like and management didn't want to give a discount at all. All they care about is making money not about making you feel good or anything.

I asked the guy (his name is Jimmy) to do a specific design and it came out nothing how I asked. He didn’t do the marble correctly and when I asked him to re-coat one of my fingers because they weren’t done properly, he told me no and rushed the rest of my nails. Will NEVER be coming here again and I will notify all my friends who go here, to not. NO ONE ASKED ME IF I WAS OKAY WITH MY SERVICES. DO NOT BELIEVE COMMENT THAT WAS LEFT BELOW MY STATEMENT. THEY ARE A LIARS AND MONEY GRABBERS.

First time getting acrylics done and the experience was great. Mia was the technician and she was super sweet. My nails look perfectly even, just the right lenght and I'm totally loving how they look.

I am obsessed with my dip. Mia did an excellent job. You must have excellent skills if you can do beautiful nails while having gorgeous coffin nails.

I gave my mom as a gift a manicure and pedicure and Thi and Katlyn were the ones to do the service. They're the best!! They're very professional and they go out there way to give the best customer service. My Mom left Crystal Nails & Spa happy and I highly recommend this place.
