I used to love this place but I think I'm going to have to stop going now. This was my go to shop for a long time but because of the service recently I stopped going. Decided to try again today hoping they'd change my mind but definitely didn't. I don't know his name but the man there is the one that did my nails. He didn't ask what shape I wanted just filed my nails round automatically, even though I've been going there forever and always get square. Then he tells me I'm not getting a manicure only a polish change, even though I asked for a manicure. I thought he was joking because I've never had any one do that before, until he started painting them so I asked if he's really not going to give me a manicure. He told me I don't need one and it'll be cheaper. The real reason was because people were coming in and he was just trying to hurry up and get me out. It only came out to $5 cheaper and my nails are uneven and crooked. Some of them are missing polish on the sides and my fingers are all white around the nails where he filed them and just left them like that. I've been coming here for years and always tip at least 20% but today I didn't tip at all because the service was so poor. Never coming back here again.

I'm super picky about where I go to get my pedicure and this is definitely the place to go to with a pricing and a level of experience and the service is just absolutely wonderful! It's marvelous how they're able to really exfoliate and make me feel comfortable and relaxed without feeling rushed!

i’ve been coming to this salon for a couple months now and i was never upset, always gave me deals. but today i went in and wanted an ombré and they didn’t pay attention to what i was saying and didn’t put the powder. so i got very upset and they started putting other colors on my nails and I told them that I wanted what i was going to pay for. so I just went with the glitter ombre and they couldnt even do that, the glitter is not blended out well and my coffin shape is not well done. if you’re going to go here for your first time do not to get the male, he is very rude and he argued with me like a child and was not professional. I wou reecommend Mary and the lady in the back with the glasses. the others are very rude and they talk too much and do not pay attention to your nails.

They took me in even though I had no appointment for a fill I got seen right away! Most places charge me 35+ (coffin, gel acrylic) but it's like 20 here which is a blessing!
