One of my closest friends has been trying to convince me to get my nails done at this salon, Fancy Nails. I just haven’t had the time to go in, but I eventually did. And I am so glad I did it! The receptionist was nice and welcoming. I don’t have a ton of experience in nail salons, but the receptionist asked me the right questions to make sure that I was gonna get the service that I desire. I received the gel polish. My nail technician was gentle and talked through all the steps of my service. The best part of the gel polish was its incredibly smooth texture while having the ability to last for about two weeks. And it was only $15 for the whole service! The staff were constantly kind and accepting of my novice knowledge of nail salons. I’d recommend Fancy Nails to anyone who would want a friendly encounter while simultaneously getting pampered and ending up with beautiful nails.

Never coming back to this place. The tech was rude about my request to not “clean up” my cuticles (I simply didn’t want my cuticles on my fingernails cut, I wanted them pushed back) then after my pedicure I didn’t want to walk across the floor in bare feet to the nail dryer and she wouldn’t let me put my shoes on (flip flops, mind you) claiming the paint was too wet. Disgusting! She seriously wouldn’t give me my shoes. I haven’t had a pedicure in well over a year; This was not the experience I wanted for what was supposed to be a way to pamper myself.

While their nails last like most nail salons. The staff was so rude, and she actually made my cuticle bleed while telling me to set my hand a certain way so it was easier for her to work on my nails. Worst experience I ever had.

Never coming to this place EVER AGAIN! I was talking to my mom in spanish asking her what she wanted on her nails. Right after I was asked to pre-pay BEFORE our nails were done. Seems like they are scared of diversity. Both ladies and older male were very rude and not professional. WORST service I've ever had.
