5 stars because I left happy. I was seriously there all day. Somehow I was taken off the list after I signed in and didn't realize until I said something after waiting more than an hour. My daughter was getting a haircut so I was going to be waiting anyway. They figured out what happened and got me back pretty soon after. They also gave me my perm for free because of the trouble. The educators were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. For someone like me it was a very comfortable atmosphere. The student who was assigned to my hair, Susan was great. She did an amazing job and I will definitely go back and ask for her next time.

The educator Dee with the blue hair. Needs to find a job where she doesn’t have to interact with people. She isn’t very personable at all. The overall service wasn’t bad , but that lady Dee just was rude & very unprofessional.

Please don't waste your money or time at this dump!!! The instructors and students rude and disrespectful to the client.

My mother has a broken arm and shattered wrist due to a motorcycle accident and can't bend over the sink or tub at our home, so I told her to come here cause a simple hair wash and braid was cheap and because my cousin used to go to the school. My poor mother had a girl who was incredibly rough, her whole head is sore and red from the girl scrubbing and brushing her hair so hard she must have pulled out a bit of hair. There is no excuse to treat someone so roughly! Especially someone who is already in so much pain and just wanted to get her hair washed! There was another woman in there who got up out of her chair and pulled out her curlers and walked out because of the same reason! I will never allow any of my friends or family to come back to this horrible place! Teach your students how to treat customers!

First time here and had the worst experience! It took them 5 hours to do a basic cut and curl. They had 4 different people in my head trying to fix my hair, and none of them could get it to look anything like in the picture I had. I ended up missing my eyelash appointment because I was here so long! But the owner/director did apologize and didn't charge me which is the only reason it even gets a 1 star!! SAVE YOURSELF PRECIOUS TIME AND PAY FULL PRICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
