My mom had a younger man who not only cut her toenails so short it hurt her but he asked her if she wanted shellac 5 times. He was pushy and unprofessional, Not listening to her and repeating trying to upsell to her. She also never received a hand or arm massage for her manicure and when he was done with her top coat he took off without giving any further instructions or helping her move to the stations to let them dry. I had a great experience when we had gone together however due to the level of customer service she received neither of us will no longer be coming back. If I could give him 0 stars I would have.

I love the amount of attention they give your nails, however even if you have an appointment expect to wait 15-20 minutes. If you don’t have an appointment I wouldn’t plan on getting in. Worth the wait though.

So.... I had received a gift certificate for my birthday back in November. Never had a chance to use it until now. When I checked out and handed her my certificate, she immediately handed it over to who I presume is the owner. He rudely told me that it was expired, which is by the way against the law since 2010. I made him aware of this and he said it was his policy that it expires after 90 days. I again told him it was against the law. His rude response was “I’m done wit you! “ No sir, I’m done with YOU. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

I have been looking for a really good nail salon in Jackson for a while now. A place where they treat you good, listen to what you want, is clean, keep appointment times and have a lot of color options. This place is all that and then some. I am totally impressed!!! Great salon. They have a ton of colors, whether you do regular colors, shellac or the new SNS colors. Prices are very good as well.
Update. 7/12/18... With recent management changes things have changed. Staff is friendly and they will do a good job but unfortunately they don't take ownership of their mistakes I went in for a pedicure, fill and eyebrow waxing. Remembered my number from last time Well I guess I was supposed to know they have different brands with the same number. Even though I pointed out that the color they were applying to my toes did not match what I had in my hands. Anyways I had purple on my toes and a deep burgundy on my hands. I didn't realize how purple until I got outside. I came right back and showed them Had to schedule an appointment for the next day as they all had to go home No problem. Went in and got the polish redone on my toes... And after paying $100 the night before I was told I needed to pay another $10 for a polish change. I told him how disappointed I was .. (Leon) and he could care less. I easily spend $75 - $90 in there every month. Oh well .. I paid my$10, thanked them for their service and let them know this loyal customer will be moving on

They do a good job, but I always feel rushed. Not a very relaxing experience.
