Worst nail experience ever! I wish I could give it
ZERO stars Went in a day before my birthday and was helped by the older guy, I guess hes the manager, he never acknowledged me, didn't ask which polish I wanted, shape, nothing. When I showed him a picture of the shape i want (coffin) but he just didn't what ever he felt looked good. It was rushed, crooked, and lumpy. I asked him to fixed it when he was done and he just kept saying it didnt look right because I had gotten them too short, mind you ot was the whole nail! He took the polish off and started filing my nails, I am not sure if I upset him or what but he kept being rough and actually hurt my finger a couple times. When he was finshed it was still a terrible job so I requested for Mimi to do them for me, he immediately got upset, snatched my card off my hand and swiped it. I was shocked because I had told him I didnt want to pay until it was fixed. He proceeds to continously try and get me to sign the receipt while being aggressive and loud. MIMI eventually calls me over to fix my nails and she did a great job but I am never returning to this location. Also he had no mask on the entire time.

The 1 star reviews are true. I wish I would’ve read them before I went.
The 1 star reviews on Google are real. It is that bad. It literally is the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. The lengths are wrong, the gel has peeled in not even 3 days and a nail has actually broken a bit. It is that bad. Had I not honestly just been led by the price being cheap which is what hooked me and that's bad on my part.
I've never said this before in my life, but it's worth spending $5-$10 more to get a better quality service and products that are going on your hands and feet etc.
I literally had gel or glue or whatever all over my thumb and under all my nails. The length is super wrong on a lot if my fingers and crooked. Like I actually just might pay someone to take them off that's had bad it is... I would take pics, but honestly it makes me feel worse... especially they're not even straight and just so random.....
Just don't go honestly it's not worth the pain / they do cut you depending on who you get...
Update: within hours of writing this gel is off now two of my nails.... and the small break is now a huge one. I only got my nails done on Friday this review was first on Monday and it's Tuesday 5am.
I don't go anywhere and do anything extreme this was just supposed to be a treat since I haven't gotten my nails done in two years..... this is the most ridiculous thing ever.
One nail has actually broken off where the gel came off...

Last friday me my mother in law and my dads girlfriend went in to get our nails done and i was pushed aside as someone else came in behind me got taken care of first and not only that my nails are already startikg to break and its been a week they are so loose ita unreal

I went in with my friend the other day we both got full sets. The man took off her nails and told her to soak and started doing mine. She sat and soaked for an hour while he even did someone else who came in after us nails. Mine are rushed all crooked different sizes and lengths the gel comes way off my nails my cuticles are flooded a child painted me nails poorly. I went back in to get them fixed he painted one more layer on them never fixing the sides it’s been two days my paint is peeling. Will not go back I’m going to someone tomorrow to get a new set because I’m embarrassed
