I was new to Mark IV hair salon and was impressed from the moment I walked in! Everyone there always has a smile on their face and take their time really listening to what we want! I am amazed and cannot remember my stylist name, but she was definitely amazing :) thank you to all the dedicated staff

Love this place... Been going here for years... Donna is the best... Always does a great job & goes above and beyond.

I have had a couple of good haircuts here however my bad experiences overshadow those. My first bad experience was when I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment start time, the lady had a horrible negative attitude, and my hair looked like the person who had cut it had never cut hair before. I called the owner to see what she could do about the situation and most of the conversation was her praising the hair stylist and how what I was saying was impossible. She said “What do you want me to do? I can’t give you your hair back.”, and similar statements for a couple minutes until she eventually offered me a free hair cut the next time I were to go in.
The next bad experience was when I went to get a haircut with someone that I made an appointment with and the stylist was still at home and hadn’t showered yet.
This is the first time I’ve found it necessary to leave a bad review on Google because I hope to help prevent these experiences with someone else.
