My boyfriend and I walked in, they said to come back in an hour for our mani and pedi’s. We come back, during his (literally 10 minute) pedi the lady says I cannot do your manicure because I’m off at 730. He says ok, no biggie. Well he’s done a minute later and she takes him to her table. Does a 4 minute manicure, gets up, puts her phone in her wallet, washes her hands and leaves... at 7:26pm. Another woman comes over to finish his mani, and he is out the door within 20 minutes.. Pedicure and manicure with the high gloss buffer. My manicure is barely started when he is done. So I say, you seem to be in a hurry so I’ll just have a manicure with no polish or anything. And the whole time.. you could tell they were talking... in their language.. about us. My boyfriend was trying to pay and they kept saying different amounts, then again would speak in their language, to where he said out loud.. I’m sorry I didn’t catch that... as they went with the higher amount.
On top of the rudeness and poor service, almost more importantly, they do not use clean instruments. I watched them use instruments and put them back in their wooden cart drawers.. then use them on the next.
So honestly, with tip, we were out the door spending a hundred dollar bill. And as I look down while typing, I see cuticles and skin left on/around my bails. I’ll never go back. Even if it’s free.
The one plus, they had snacks/candy in the front of the the salon. But thinking about it now, they probably charge you for those. Terrible experience.

I have been getting my nails done there for a few years now. Michael is the best. I don't like pedicures there but again Michael rocks!!

It's your general run of the mill nail salon. They offer the same products at the same prices as any other nail salon in the area I will however say that they did appear to be exceptionally clean and their space was very nicely decorated making it I feel a little more open the staff was very friendly

Worst experience evrr. I got stuck with an extremely rude person, the woman with the short hair who kept telling me to relax as if I was a child..and when I ,"dared" to make a comment, she started lecturing and telling me not tell her how to do her job..the worse part is how the staff talk in their own language, look at the customers and laugh...terrrible atmosphere
