You get what you pay for, but just be clear with the hair stylist, and let them know what you’re looking for. Not the best haircut I have gotten. But I didn’t specify what I really wanted, so I’m kind of one to blame as well.

My daughter initially came for a highlight and color but the hair dresser turned her hair orange! It was awful! I got ahold of the manager, Annika, who was in the Waverly store. She immediately drove to cedar falls and fixed her hair! It turned out gorgeous. I don't recommend this place unless you book with Annika! But she is a miracle worker and exceptional!

Usually get good cuts here but lately they have been terrible. The haircut is completely uneven and the hair stylist tried to finish in record time. Don’t recommend

I went in to get a simple trim and my hair ended up completely uneven. I did not even bother going back for them to fix it. A blind person could have done a better job.

The store is always clean when I come in and the staff is all very friendly! Stevi does my hair regularly and always does a supurb job!!
