The services is horrible I wasted a total of 1hr and 45 mintue just to be ignored as if I didn’t come for assistance. I don’t know if it’s the new team they have or what I’m I am completely undatsifed. They put other coustmers before others is just so unorganized I will never ever ever never ever go back their again

Horrible. Cut my finger and bled. Then charged me extra 5 dollars for gel tip that I did not ask for. Paid 60$ for the worst pedi/mani of my life

DO NOT GO HERE. This place had TERRIBLE service. I go in today to receive a dip powder ombre pink set nails. Not only did I have to wait 40 mins to be seen because there was only two workers, but I was completely ripped off out of my money. The owner had came in last minute to do my nails since because they were so short staffed. I showed her my color on a mannequin nail which was supposed to be an ombre pink. She had to ask another worker where the color was, he told her and she started on them. She started on my nails and it already looked globby and had glue all over my skin. She skipped the part where you file down the nails and clean it up and decided she was going to get up and walk out the salon. I waited for a second and looked around and a man finally came over to finish my nails. He wipes them off with alcohol and says OKAY DONE. They were NOT done. There was NO OMBRE and NO CLEAR COAT just pink globby nails with glue all over my fingers. I asked what happened to the ombre? He said he didn't know and sent me to another guy to finish. The man came over to help me and I asked him if he could clean up my nails, make it not look globby, and what had happened to the ombre in the pink? He told me he didn't know and thats what the color was supposed to be. I told him well on the mannequin it was significantly ombre, he said well thats the color it came out to be and sorry. I said well I would like to get them with the ombre. He said theres nothing he could do. He continues to calling the owner My who did my nails and asking her what happened. She wants to talk to me over the phone, so I explained to her that I wanted the ombre pink. Immediately she starts yelling at me over the phone that I can't even get a word in, saying how she asked me if I wanted pink nails and I said yes. When honestly that makes no sense if I gave you a mannequin nail that has ombre pink and tell you I want that why in the WORLD would I just want the pink by itself NO OMBRE. I let her and the man in front of me know, I have the money and some to pay for my nails I just want them done correctly. They tell me I will be paying 70 dollars for two nail jobs then. TWO NAIL JOBS!!

Excellent Love Mya so nice and Friendly and cannot remember the guy that does my nails he's very nice. Great work
