I got the Zaza signature with mango scrub and my husband got the 'man-li-cure'. Yes, we both got pampered and are proud of our nails now. The service was great and the technicians are friendly and attentive. The owner seems proactive in taking care of her clients, walking around to help out the technicians and customers with whatever's needed. The pricing seems fair for the amount of time and service you get. I would recommend this place to others in the future as it was a great first time experience for me :)

Having made an appointment 2 weeks in advance my daughter and I show up on time for our mani/pedi appointment only to find out they had given our appointments to the wrong persons. On Mother's Day it was impossible to reschedule anywhere else and we left, my daughter in tears because her gift to me was ruined. Please don't give these.people your business. They were clearly wrong and would do nothing to correct their error.

Was scheduled for an interview at 930 literally stood outside for 20 mins, nobody showed up and nobody called to inform me that no one was going to show up. Then after waiting for the interview that was already confirmed the pervious day, I received and email saying there was a miscommunication they they couldn't see me today. Not only did they waste my time the way they handled the whole situation was unprofessional and I'm personally no longer interested in working here or recommending this place to anyone. Not a miscommunication just incompetents

Zaza Spa is by far the best nail spa here in the Bay Area. They are definitely my go to place for nails, waxing, massages, and lashes! No other places that I know of provides a clean and peaceful environment like they do. With their stainless steel bowls and new sanitized tools, why would anyone go anywhere else! They let you keep your file, buffer, and pumice pad too! Thank you Zaza Spa for also providing amazing customer.
