I asked for the best pedicure for callous removal when I checked in. When I sat down I chose the most expensive option which included a hot stone massage and additional scents along with the normally included services. This was a special treat for me as I work full time, have 3 kids, and go to school full time. The lady who came over after I was sat with the friends I was meeting, (who were also getting pedicures), seemed put out with my very existence. I don't know if she hasn't been told I was there or she was just having a bad day, but whatever the cause she took it out on me. She seemed angry that I chose more than the minimum pedi as well. As I had previously mentioned I wanted her to focus on callouses so she used the pumice stone but nothing else. She became even further agitated when I asked her to do more and use the cheese grater looking device... I'm hard on my feet but I also choose the more expensive package for this purpose so I shouldn't have had to ask twice it was included in the services. My friends actually paid much less ($40 less!) and I noticed their services were performed with much more care and attention.
She repeatedly hit my ankles with the stones which was quite painful but easy to do when rushing. My toes were painted neatly but as most women know if you add the next coat too fast you end up with bubbles. Polish subsequently wears off much quicker because it can't adhere to the nail as well... It only took 4 days before it was completely chipped off my big toe.
I paid $78 dollars for a very careless, painful, rushed pedicure. I tip well too, even though I don't feel she earned it, I gave her the benefit of the doubt and included the usual 20%, however, I will never go back to Mystique.
(Also listened to them gripe about another customer who always takes too long and talks too much and they lied to her about their last appointment slot because they don't want to be trapped at work too late because of her...they literally discussed this in front if the 3 of us, other customers, like it was no big deal to gossip about an actual returning customer! Bet they don't have many of those) It was the worst hundred bucks I've spent in a long time!

Used to love this place. Then, my shellac manicure which said it would last 3 weeks barely lasted a week. The tech refused to fix the chipped ones and said all they could do was redo the manicure ($35 vs $9 for fixing). Pretty bad when they have nail repair on their services then refuse to do them when a customer asks to pay for it. Won’t be coming back sadly.

Establishment was nice and clean I got my nail fixed and a pedicure. And all was well LeeAnn my nail tech was very nice and kind to me my only problem was my polish done on my feet it was a sloopy job but everything else was good

DON’T GO HERE! MESSY AND RUSHED PEDICURES!
My pedicure was messy and rushed as it appeared that a 3 year old may have polished my nails instead! Unacceptable! The only reason I opted to try this place is because my person at a different salon was on vacay that normally does my shellac pedi/mani. Huge Mistake...I should have waited patiently for vacay to be over! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ALSO! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

To use. I have been in there several times since I got it and just forgot
to use it. I have been here enough that they recognize me when I come in also.
I won't be back after today. First of all, it
was dirty and unkept with holes in many of the stations and even the fish tanks were filthy. When my nail tech did my nails, he flipped over the towel from the customer before me. To top off this lovely experience, they wouldn't take my gift certificate and that is why I came here. I realize that it was expired but money is money and that is really unfair, especially when I have brought so many others to this shop and been a customer for 5 years. I can promise them that none of my family and friends won't be back either. Looking for a cleaner and more professional place.
