Extremely disappointed. I visit this salon off and on out of convenience and each time I go I basically get the same service but each time the prices are different. They come up with the prices as they go along and charge you extra to put less polish on your nails and do not tell you until its time to pay. For instance, I asked for half nail to be polished on 4 fingers and was charged $5 for each finger and was told its considered a design. So now that people are not really getting designs on their nails they are charging extra for half nail. I am appalled because again I have received the same service but get a different price all the time. This is bad for business and I will not be returning to this place.

this was so terrible , the lady did not listen to me and did her own thing which came out disgusting... I could of done my nails by myself and it would look way better. I’m just saying if you are thinking about coming here do ur research!

I LOVE coming here! Ive been coming here for like 3 years and im always satisfied and happy with the outcome and they get me in and out thankfully and its still quality work!! The ladys are really nice and even though they have a hard time understanding me they still try to converse and i love it! Ive never had a issue here thankfully and i will always be coming back i plan to have my wedding spa day here!!

They do such an amazing job and everyone that works there is super nice, my first time visiting was back in October and another salon butchered my nails, they took care of me and made me feel so much better. I go back every two weeks for a new mood changing gel polish. I used to have issues with my gel chipping from other salons but not anymore! Lucky nails is amazing!
