Changed prices for worse and worse quality work. They can’t do anything more complex than polish changes. Low skill nail techs for high prices. And! They all have attitude issues. I watched one of them spill a couple’s bottle of expensive wine during a service. Just clumsy and unprofessional work.

I wouldn’t recommend this place... try to give you express service even though I have plenty of time to pamper myself. Lack of massage of the legs and just seem like they are in a rush even though no one is waiting.

I came here to get my nails done and it was the worst experience. The guy that was doing my nails kept cutting me, I was bleeding on two nails. At which point I told him I don’t want him to do my nails anymore. You can see horrible work on my nails so they offered me a free design that looked even worse. A day later my one nail fell off. I did not come back to fix it because my experience was horrible here. I do not recommend.

Every time I’ve gotten a gel manicure here, it doesn’t last longer than a day. The last time I was there, the lady filed my pinky nail so hard, she sliced my finger & I ended up with an open wound. It’s the closest place to where I live but I will be looking for a different place.
