Amazing staff. So helpful and efficient. They make you feel like a person to be seen, heard and assisted, almost like family instead of a customer. If you are looking for good beauty supplies at a good price this is the place to be.

Honestly I've gone here quite a few times and the staff was lovely I thought they knew what they were doing. The past few times I've gone and asked for advice on dying my hair and highlights etc I got extremely bad advice and ended up with ten different colors with bleach patches in my hair, the majority of my head being orange. Today I also received more bad advice on mixing certain products and bleach and my bottle at home exploded bleach everywhere based on the advice they gave me and I carefully followed. It's bubbling and boiling and melting the bottle. They hired people who really have no clue how to give correct advice, they may be nice but they have no idea what they're doing and I can't go there anymore. They've given such wrong advice and damaged my hair. That bubbling boiling bleach volcano crap was ready to go into my hair.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The people working here will smile in your face and talk about your appearance along with other customers. The catty behavior, lack of knowledge on their product and overall laziness is shocking
