I was a little disappointed my son bought me a week's tanning they did not offer him a gift card and I have to use it like right away I wish they would have explained to him and he would have gotten me a gift card instead of just buying me a week

They have a great new ownership! Beds cleaned! Bulbs always changed! They've renovated both places! Just amazing place to go!!

I went in new to the place and tried out their super tanning bed. The girl at the desk was so friendly. She sold me a tanning lotion that really helped me get extra color in the bed. I will definitely be coming back.

Signed up for what I was explained to be a 3 month tanning package. When signing up, the girl asked if I wanted a paper going into detail about the 3 month package. Well the printer was supposedly broken so I never got that paper. I just now realized they've been charging my bank account even after the 3 months was up. Why make it a 3 month package if you're going to continually charge after 3 months? That wasn't explained when I signed up. Every time I call to figure out why this is happening, my calls go straight to an answering machine. I call during their posted business hours and this has happened five times now. The location is out of the way or I would just go in person. If I sign up for a 3 month package I shouldn't be getting charged 5 months later.

Bulbs burnt out of stand up bed. Paid 13 dollars and 8 bulbs burnt out. I love their daily special. Hope they service their beds so I can go back soon!
