This nail shop is absolutely HORRIBLE .I went on August 8the , the lady that approached WAS NOT KNOWLEDGE. I TOTALLY EXPLAINED AND SHOWED her how I wanted a pedicure (ALMOND SHAPE WITH A GEL PAINT) additionally I wanted to get a menicure .The lady quoted me $34.00 and $20.00. I proceeded to get the service .When a different nail tech came to start on my pedicure she told me a different price.i was treated as if I had told a lie , when the worker told me the WRONG price .The lady did not honor the price told to me .It was not my fault that she claim to not understand. If she can not quote true prices she should not be meeting people at the door and telling lies .both my hands and feet were destroyed .The nails that were attempted to be put on were taken off and my real nails we're left a HOTT MESS. I requested a refund due to pist pour service and was told another lie that the manger was not there .i would have to come back tomorrow. I WAS TOTALLY ROBBED by the unethical and I'll moral people at this shop .As tax paying citizens ,pillar of the DeKalb Co.community I deserved better service for my money .This salon STOLE MY MONEY AND MY RIGHTS !

Awful!!!! I usually don't write reviews, cant stop myself for describing what i went through. So i reached at 4.30 on a sunday(today) for pedi and full set and at 6 pm after doing my pedi they informed me they can't do the full set because the guy who does it left and the other 4 employees don't know to do it. I am a regular cust here and it was such a bad experience. They were very unprofessional because they refused even when i said i have a meeting tomorrow..

The people are nice but the polish is AWFUL! I went on Friday to get a gel set done. A week later they look like I’ve had them for three or four weeks. I’ve been there a few times. It gets worse every time. I won’t go back.

Poor customer service. The older man that does nails is rude and crass. He told me they did not have the color I wanted and refused to try to match the color. Instead tried to upsell me on a product I did not need or want. Then when he was done told me to go to the drying station without bringing my purse. I picked up my phone and asked for my purse no one would bring it to me instead sat another customer in the chair where my purse was. I will never be back; had been coming to this establishment for 5 years. No way!

Terrible service. Terrible job on a basic mani/pedi. Never coming again.
