Went there for the first time and won't be back. Got a full set, white tips. Sat in the chair and HAD TO WAIT FOR THE TECH because she was doing her own nails before she even started on mine. She took a chunk out of my finger with the nail clippers. She rushed through the entire process so that she could get back to doing her own nails. My nails have a gap between the cuticle and the nail, and they are all different lengths. Horrible. Needless to say she did not get a tip.

this place is HORRIBLE!!!! i have never ever been treated so bad like i was at this place. i went here to do a full-in on Thursday and AMY was the person who did my nails, i asked for gel paint and when she put the first coat on i guess something was wrong that she just rubbed it off and then tried to paint right over it without removing the first coat she rubbed off completely. SHE RUSHED SO BAD and ( now if you know about gel nails then you know each layer has to be put under UV to stay on.) so i questioned her and asked if the paint would stay and woudnt peel off she kept saying its fine its fine and it wont peel off- turns out on friday morning i woke up and i had a air bubble in my nail and the paint was peeling off very bad, so i went there friday afternoon and asked her to fix it and she was EXTREMELY RUDE she told me i had to sit and wait 40 mins just to repaint ONE NAIL!! and i let her know i didnt have that time i had to go and asked if someone else could fix it she then answered me very rude and said there was other people ahead of me and i had to wait. at this point i reminded her that i told her this would happen with the paint the day before and she then said she was busy and she didnt care i had to wait. at this point i was extremely mad and a gentleman that was working there noticed so he came and fixed my ONE nail. this lady AMY HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and i even think she is the owner as well. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF AMY!!!!!

I love this place! Just make sure the girls take care of you bc one of the men doesn’t speak very good English and honestly just doesn’t seem to care if you are happy or not. Other than that this place is awesome.

Nail Spa is the WORST nail salon in countryside mall! I came here yesterday with two of my girlfriends. Two of the people who helped us had major attitudes. The girl that did my toes literally just rushed through me and when I asked her to scrub the dead skin off of my feet she told me “oh no if I scrub harder your feet will bleed” don’t you think I know my own feet? Then she tells me I should have got a deluxe massage instead, which you’re suppose to rub my dead skin off regardless. Then when it was time for me to get my nails done, the nail tech said would be back in just 3 min but when I looked backed she was working on another persons fill-in. I a from out of town and whenever I came to town I would love to come here. I will never send anyone I know back to this spot. They also lost 4 valuable customers yesterday. I do not recommend anyone going here. I was also told by a customer outside that they use fake acrylic, which my friend is pregnant and that could have potentially harmed her baby yesterday. Completely disappointed in the Nail spa.
