Worst customer service experience in my life at a nail salon. Not at all what I expected, pedicure was a half ass job as well as the acrylic nails...I waited for 20 minutes or more in the chair for the pedicure and then was about to wait again for the nails. When I spoke up about the wait the lady was obviously furious and yelled at another worker in the back to come to the front as she began my nails...throughout the service she was very rough and painful and silently rude. She did very sloppy work and very unprofessional. Left me there without even letting me know she was finished. Asi paid, I spoke up and let them know how dissatisfied I was with the service. Never to return here.

My nail was cut to short when clipping them. The nails were not the color I asked for but she already started so I just let her continue. (I asked if it was the desired color before she started). The lady checked her phone while doing my nails which I find rude. The set of nails she gave me made my fingers sore(they don't get sore anymore due to me keeping up with them). It's been 2 days later & I already have a nail that has snapped off... would not recommend this salon to anybody. Overall bad experience since I sat in the chair until I left.

I usually always get the older lady and she is amazing. My nails can last a whole month by her. She only charges $25 for a French tip. Yesterday, I went in and she wasn't there so I was kinda forced to get my nails done by someone else. Told her all I wanted was a basic French tip. This lady starts doing whatever she wanted. She put sparkles in my white and started using a pink color for the bottom which is never what I get and tried to charge me $35 when that's not even what I wanted.

They do great nails you will come out with some nails that fits your personality or any design
