I made and appointment and set there for and hour to find out that the tech was booked and no one told me I asked several times was she going to do my nails and was told yes everytime....will I go back absolutely not!

Just had mine done here for the fist time and my nails look exactly how I wanted. Snow did a grate job, she was quick, and efficient plus friendly. She never cut me or even hurt me once. I will be going back to her.

Only reason I give this shop 2 stars is because I love Tammy. Visited the shop yesterday for a fill. Tammy was out of town. Ben did my nails. Disaster!!! First I showed him a picture of how I wanted my nails. Instead of filling my nails Ben said he needed to take my nails off in order to do what I wanted. I let him do it and my nails look nothing like I desired. When I expressed it to Ben that I was unsatisfied he told me to wait for Tammy to come back to get what I wanted because he didn't know how to do it. I wish he would have said he didn't know how to do it from the beginning instead of doing what he wanted which was a hot mess and charging me for a full set. From now on if Tammy is not at sexy nails I won't be going and I don't suggest anyone letting anyone but Tammy on their hands unless you have money to waste. I will be posting pics of this hot mess.
