Absolutely appalled and disgusted with the careless, insensitive and most unethical place I have ever been to! I went in for a regular fill on Sunday. I'm always nice, and have never complained once in all the years I have gone to this salon about my nails when sometimes they could have been better, but the one time I actually wanted a mistake the nail tech made fixed, I was treated like garbage! Jerry can be so nice, but he showed his ugly head today. I asked for a specific chrome to be placed on my nails and the technician applied the wrong color. He was very rude and aggressive with me. He was pushing my hands, pulling them and squeezing them to the way he wanted them positioned. I have NEVER been physically treated like this by any salon. I went in today to ask Jerry if someone could fix my nails to the right color that I asked and paid for and he absolutely started making up lies about the color I picked was too light and that's why they looked the way they did, and just being a jerk! He said they would fix them and he would give me a discount. Why would I pay for their mistake?! What happened to customer service and paying almost $300 a month, because my two daughters go as well, would he not admit to the problem and be a decent human being and make it right. The worst part was Bebe (who is so kind and sweet) came up to Jerry to tell him she would fix them and he started yelling at her in front of all the staff and clients! That's honestly when tears filled my eyes because she didn't deserve to be treated like garbage and I didn't either! Quality over quantity is something that Jerry needs to know when running a business; screaming at women, humiliating them in front of everyone is absolutely a horrible owner and I feel sorry for his staff that he treats like garbage.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.....I have 2 nail technicians that I see on a regular basis and I consider them my friends, they are so sweet!! I see Bebe and Cece and they are so amazing - not only because they are so nice but they do INCREDIBLE work!! I get compliments on my nails all the time. But they aren't the only ones who do great work, everyone there does! I feel so lucky to have found such a great nail salon. I won't ever go anywhere else!

Great place. Great service. The owner not only does a great job and quickly, but he cracks jokes and makes it fun. I've been going there for a couple years now. I'm very particular about my nails. I keep going back because they do a great job and most of them talk to you while you get your nails done.

Overall this place does an excellent job. My hair dresser recommended that I go there. I’m always happy with my nails, although I get someone different each time I go. (One quit, another doesn’t take appointments) I’m looking for consistency so having a different person each time makes me nervous!
But thankfully so far they’ve all done a good job! People stop and ask me where I get my nails done, I’ve probably sent a half dozen people there!

I was rushed out of my seat, so I didn’t have a chance to really look at how unfinished my nails really were. I’m not usually a picky person, so this is really something notable. Please make sure all of your techs have the same training/ skills. The plastic tips hung down past the dip powder color on the sides of all of my fingers, the technician didn’t bother filing under my nails to correct it. The nail surfaces have bumps and dents instead of being rounded and smooth. Even after it took over an hour... Clearly this technician isn’t very familiar with dip powder. I will not continue coming to this salon, as I’m not willing to gamble finding a technician that has practiced this technique.
