Went here to get my nails and feet done!! My nails at lumpy and very inconsistent my feet are okay but nothing like what I'm use to. Paid almost $100 for poor service. I will NEVER go here again!!! They need some more color choices and should probably take some additional courses to enhance there skills to keep up with today's trends.

I haven't been getting my nails done in a long time and I'm out of the loop on pricing & which is better. So they acted annoyed at my questions. I finally settled on gel over my natural nails but she started putting acrylic & said it's $45. I didn't want acrylic & gel, just gel over mine for $20... so the other lady started running her mouth and getting an attitude & kinda loud. I was pissed at the rudeness & also I know they talk crap about you in whatever language they speak. Needless to say my time was wasted, now I'm nail less & out $7 which I shouldn't have paid anything. First & last time! You can't treat customers that way. I know I wanted GEL over my own nails, not acrylic & gel together & the biggest thing here is the way you treated & talk to me! Again, if you had a list of procedures & prices it would have been easier...try a dry erase broad, then you have no excuse to not have this, since you can add or delete as you wish! Bottom line is you're not going to talk & treat me so rudely, I don't care how you try to justify your actions. You don't give a crap about me as a customer or you wouldn't have acted the way you did. Don't try to care now for the rest of the world to see! I did want cheaper & overheard you tell another guest that gel over the real nail was $20...but then you tried to charge me $45 for gel & acrylic? Anyways it's over, no fantasy nails here, more like a horror.
