For a year I have been.using their service. Not the best but good enough and close.
For the first time, the final product is not good. I called and they say they will repair...cool. we agreed I would go when I had time..today was the day. Service was rendered the Satutday before.
This is how I was treated: first, what did I do to damage it? Really people, you did it wrong. Then I was told that I did not know about the power mail technique and that is why I "thought" it wasn't good...well, it was uneven in every nail's cuticle and side ( and yes, I had had many times before, not not with them). And that that is how it looks when it grows up but "we will do it again for you for free, honey", DID I mentioned the service was rendered 3 days earlier?...all of that in loud voice, in front of everynody...THEN, I was told that MY mistake was to choose a technique it was not good for my type of nail...
HOW ABOUT X3 NAILS ACCEPT THAT A MISTAKE CAN BE DONE...especially when taking care of 3 and 4 people at the same time..YOU LOST A EVERY 2 - 3 WEEKS CLIENT, TAMMY and TONY
BASIC 101 BUSINESS OWNER..
you do wrong to your client, you fixe it the best you can...in this case, CLIENT IS RIGHT, NOT YOU TRYING TO PUT IT ON YOUR CLIENT'S SHOULDER...LEARN!

My friend and I came in this past Saturday. The place was nice, great convenient location, very clean, plenty of chairs, but only 3 people working on a Saturday. My friend and I were sat at the same time, and a guy started her pedicure right away, and I sat with my feet in the water for over 20 minutes until someone started my pedicure. By then my feet were starting to prune and the water was completely cold. There were also consistency issues. My friend had a metal foot file used on the bottom of her feet and the lady basically used an emory board on mine. My toe nails were cut uneven, and the polish wasn’t even done well. AND she finished about 5 minutes before my friend’s pedicurist. Somehow, I got cheated out of 25 minutes of pedicure. Then, we were charged $30 for each pedicure. It was a total rip off and I will absolutely not be going here again.

Nice people but they charge you extra for having your nails long & dont give me the same nail shape in all my fingers. My feel were still rough after the pedicure.. they are not woth the $

Super friendly staff, but I just got a full set yesterday and two came right off today. Every single nail is lifting. I obviously went in for a refund and the woman started yelling at me saying “we don’t give money back! You peeled them off”. I was very curteous to her and the man Tony, whom finally took care of it. Tony is VERY VERY kind and knew that the quality was poor. Great atmosphere, but not very good quality.

I went in because it was convenient to get a mani/ pedi with shellac for a wedding two days later. Service is friendly, but my nails started to peel the next day. It’s now 5 days after, and I have 5 nails on my hands that the paint peeled off and 2 on my toes. Won’t go here again. No quality, I could have painted them myself and they would have lasted longer.
