They do good nails, I would recommend the staff to be more welcoming to there customers, and acknowledge their presence when they walk in, not just have the customers standing there twiddling their thumbs...smh

This place is Horrible. Staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. They are over priced. The staff will continually talk in Chinese. When they all clearly speak English.. hmmm. I had a complaint and asked to speak to a manager. Either It was Peter or Toby gave me a bogus name for the manager. They told me his name was Tom. I called the very next day. The little immature,clueless girl that answered the phone said who??. Then Peter got on the phone and pretended to be a manager. How unprofessional, and extremely immature. This place is a circus. Linda, Peter,and Toby are the clowns that are performing in it!! Beware you could be next with regrets. Don’t waste your time, and hard earned cash on TRASH!! Worst Nail Salon I ever had the displeasure of going to👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have been going there for a couple if years. I went in with an appt (they were late opening...apparently had been partying the night before and overslept) and the person I had the appt with wasn't there, so the owner put me with a young man. I have to assume the young man was his son or nephew. The young man didn't listen when i told him that I wanted my nails with square sides and and oval tip (squoval) and even showed him how i wanted them. He had to put on 3 tips because i had broken 3 of my natural nails. I use acrylic on tip of my natural nails, and wanted the rest filled. He grabbed my hand and filed my nails to a point, ruining the sides! When I complained to the manager and said I wasn't happy, he said he heard me tell the guy i wanted OVAL! basically called me a liar...and charged me $50 for a fill w/3 tips and a basic pedi. I won't be going back. He is rude and his employee doesn't listen to what you want. Plus, the polish chipped after 3 days. Bad place!

Horrible place went there 3 different times and every time my nails look like they were done a week ago the nail polish would chip after only a few hours.tgey would leave space between my nail .they are rude and cut my hand didn't even apologize.. Never again will I go there again .if u could give negative stars I wout
