I don't know what it is but as soon as I walked in they had a problem with me. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to get seated, then when I finally sat down they asked me to get up and sit in another seat, then told me not to sit in that seat but to sit in the other seat, by the time I finished palying musical chairs I had to wait 30 minutes extra for a color and I had a picture of it and before I knew it the nail tech left. I sat here for over 10 minutes and she still did not come back. I was not offered water like my Caucasian counterparts and I was quickly judged walking through the door. I was not treated fairly and I experienced racism and disrespect from the staff. Terrible customer service skills. I am an active duty Sailor with over 8 years of untouchable service and I was treated as though I wasn't going to pay or anything. I was just visiting a friend I spent more time waiting then actually getting my nails done. Everyone around me got their nails done but me.

Great service and always get perfect results! Not easy finding a good nail place in this area this is the place to go! Highly recommended. Ask for Cathy for the best nail job!

Just moved to area and got recommended to this place. First visit was on a Saturday and get they are busy but waited about hour and a half before anyone came to us. My mother in law had gotten a pedi and she was put with her feet soaking for I swear almost an hour before anyone saw to her!
When we did get seen they did do a nice job, however the prices we were charged didnt seem to match what was listed but by that point I was too tired and wanted to leave so didn't argue, plus I was having trouble understanding the guy, and didnt want to try and argue the point. Well today I went back because my daughter needed a fill in and again waited almost hour and half again, I even asked the guy how long it would be as we had to be somewhere at 4pm and we'd been there since 1pm! He did get to her nails but left her sitting at the mani station for 20 mins while he went off. Finally did do her nails and they did look nice but then charged $28 where the list price said $15 for a fill in??? I wanted to question it again but didnt have the energy after 3 hours and just wanted to leave!! Wont be going back! Havent got a whole entire afternoon to waste JUST to get a mani!!

Will be back. Hubby and I had the luxury pedicure and loved it. Salon was professional and well staffed. We will be making a run here from Daniel Island, SC once a month!!!

LOVEEE the staff! As long as you make an appointment you don’t have a wait! Only reason you’d have a wait is if you walk in because everyone knows how great they are! My nails are beautiful! And love getting my eye brows done here as well!
