I tried to do a walk in yesterday after work 6:30. I saw the receptionist talking to a staff member sitting at a table out front about a client running late possible no show. I asked the receptionist if they were still taking walk-ins at the time. She looked at me like i was a bother or a homeless person begging for food. She said yes but, it will be a wait. So i locked my bike up to a pole and came in and sat down. A lady came in as a walk-in and bumped ahead of me for service she seemed more polite with her. She got the lady needs and told her to sit for a wait. The lady didn't want to wait and left. When the lady left i told her i was willing to wait for service. She then told me unfortunately they are booked for the rest of the night and i could make an appointment for the morning because they close at 8:30.

Very professional and friendly service. Very satisfied with the result. Me and my mother went there today as tourists and they were very friendly and helpful and guided us through. We both got the result we wanted for manicures, and we were really happy they had time for walk ins like us. They even asked us in the end, how the service had been. The girls working there all seemed very happy and had fun with each other - great to see. Would definitely recommend.

Came in a second time and both times have been wonderful. They take walk-ins and have a lot of nail techs available. Karla is amazing! She pays so much attention to details and makes your manicure perfect! I'm a perfectionist and a real stickler about my nails and I didn't have to say a thing. This might have been the best manicure I've received in Miami so far. As I was paying, the man at the front desk asked me how the service was, which shows that they truly care about good service and feedback from their customers.

The Owner is very RUDE. He will give you exactly 1 minute to choose the color or they will take another customer. It's the place where you will never feel welcome even if you go there 10 -20 times . Some girls do perfect job, and others don't know anything about manicure. It's all about luck there. It feels better, when the owner is not there - usually he seats at the front desk with mad face haha.

Great service when you make an appointment. Bald manager is kind of rude, Mina is amazing for acrylic refills and she takes her time making sure everything looks good. My nails turned out perfect. Will be coming back again.
