This was the worst experience I've ever had and if the owner wants to inbox me, she is welcome to, because I'd love to let her have it. Horrible woman, terrible customer service. She berated me--the paying customer--the entire time she worked on my pedicure about how I have awful feet and need to take better care of them. I don't know if she thought she was drumming up future visits, but she made me feel awful. I left in tears. You're supposed to go to a salon feeling better about yourself, not worse. I've wondered how this place stays in business, perhaps the other workers know not to bully customers.

I had made an appointment for my daughter and myself to get a fill and gel polish. My daughter has a newborn baby so timing was important. When we arrived at the time of our appointment we sat there for 10 months minutes. I went to tell them we had an appointment and they told us it would be an hour wait! Needless to say, we left and will never go back! Very frustrating!

I wen to the location on Wilma Rudolph. I have tried a lot of different nail places but this is the worst I have been to. The pedicure was extremely short ... no massage or exfoliation. I also got shellac for a wedding and my thumb nailed was peeling by the end of the day. The next day, three more nails were peeling. By the end of the 2nd night, all of my nails had basically fallen off. Do not recommend...

I went there one time looking for a place closer to my house. Terrible place. Terrible service. During my manicure the owner asked her daughter to hurry up with my nails because there were ppl coming in the door. I put a review up and the owner harrased me with message in my personal inbox. Consistently. I will never go here again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely terrible place to get your nails done unless you want it to look like a 6 year old did them. I honestly believe they hire right off the street. The employees have zero experience! My nails and toes were both bleeding and I was in pain the entire time. To add salt to the wounds the paint jobs were truly pathetic. I didn't even get an kind if design. The paint was uneven and didnt even cover my whole nails. I was so embarrassed I had to take the polish off the next day. A complete waste of money!
