Came today to get a gift certificate for Christmas. There was a ‘Out of gift certificates’ sign on the door, which I don’t get, it’s a piece of paper people. Good business strategy. So I go in anyway, to see if there was maybe someone smart that could explain this to me. Someone yells from the back(where she’s cutting hair,something you can easily stop and come back to), ‘be there in a minute’ and after waiting for about 5 minutes I say ‘thanks’ and get no response and leave. I went to oasis and got a $100 gift certificate in like 2 minutes. Good luck with your business 👍🏼
