They F****** SUCK!!! Walked in for a refill and repair. Although they did the job I walked out of there completely unsatisfied! Not only was it a crappy design he did on my mail, they were also fat and lumpy! Put too much nail polish it didn't dry what so ever, walks around bragging as if he did a MARVELOUS DESIGN on my nail! Had to come home and fixed it myself. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN NOT EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY! The only reason I give them a star is because it won't let me play it without one, but I give this shop a -2!

A Star Nails female manager was very rude as soon as my mother and I walked into the shop. She yelled out what you want? We close soon!! I then informed her that I called for an appointment 30 minutes ago. And spoke to a man on the phone. Also left my name and he said he would take the appointment. A Older man then started on my mom's nails. He obviously was not experienced becuse the nails were done horribly. My mom was so upset as well as I. The rude female manager finally took over way later and tried to fix my mom's nails. Then the pedicure tech had no clue how to do designs cut toe nails straight or do acrylic fills on toes nails. The Manager and another female nail tech talk to customers as if their stupid....very disrespectful. Then after all the bad service I was beyond over charged $72 dollars for bad service attitude and unprofessional nails for my mother that deserved way better. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. And I would never go back EVER!!!! No wonder this nail salon only has barley a 3☆ (star) rating. I'm sure it will be a one star rating very soon.

Today was a good day like allway Kelly running around doing 15 things like always had a little drama from a lady being under the influence of alcohol she was funny kept messing up her nails every time they fix it they charged her $85 and I didn't know they charge you to take off gel that they put on your nails that is stupid went up on their prices I travel too far to get screwed at the end of my service LOL

This is an awesome nails shop and my nail since August 2017 she do an awesome, amazing,gourgous job never had no problem with her at all I will never go to another nail shop less something really happens .

It's meh, they do my feet well, cause of my callous. But not hip to the latest nail art
