Probably the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too. Way overpriced, horrible work and unprofessional. I’ve been going to the same nail salon for months and I did not want to go here to begin with but I was with my grandma and she wanted to do something nice for me and pay for my nails to be filled. When we first walked in I should’ve knew the salon was no good because it was empty and that was the third salon we’d been too because all the others were full. The lady in the front told my grandma her mani pedi was going to be 67$ all together and my fill was going to be 41$ including tax. When we finished and went to the front to pay she tells my grandma that hers was going to be 73$ plus 5$ for them to take her polish off and that wasn’t including tax. Her final total was $83 and all she got was her toes painted and her fingernails. They told me mine was going to be 53$ plus 5$ for shaping my nails even though my nails were ALREADY shaped when I came in. I asked them why was I being overcharged and the lady who did my nails goes on to tell me that she had to do EXTRA work. Never in my life did I have to pay $60 for a fill when all I did was get my nails painted, no designs no nothing. If I wasn’t with my grandma I promise I would’ve caused a scene for them trying to overcharge my grandma but I didn’t want to upset her. They’ll never get a penny out of us again that’s for sure

Honestly if i could leave a 0 star review I would. My 16 year old sister went here and they cornered her and intimidated her to pay extra money for services she never wanted. the person who was suppose to do her nails showed up hours late lying about the reason she didn't show initially. They got angry at my sister being frustrated at the situation and made her feel like it was her fault. I called on her behalf after hearing about the treatment towards my teenage sister to complain and the owner yelled at me comparing the nail salon to a Mercedes dealership calling me cheap and crazy and that I should go somewhere else because I didn't deserve going there and if I expected a discount after their treatment that I was crazy and disrespectful and should go somewhere cheap to match my price and personality. Worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Never ever support this place. The fact they would try and take advantage of a teenage girl is horrible and then try and justify it is so wrong. Most selfish horrible place of business I have ever been to. The owner treats his workers terribly, he is the most rude person I have ever met. I don't understand how this place is still in business after seeing how unhygienic this place is.

Well I have gone more then twice! I enjoyed the the experience of pampering myself, I’m also in the business of providing good customer services as well!. What I do not like are the side comments”, like you need a sugar daddy” That just didn’t settle right with me, other then that Kim went above and beyond to give me an very good discount for putting on the wrong color polish on my nails awhile back, and for that I’m a loyal customer!! See you guys soon, and thanks again guys I loved my pedicure!!

Rachel did my pedicure and it was the BEST I have ever had! She gave a great suggestion for the sugar scrub and informed me of what she was using next. She was so personable and sweet! She really made sure I was satisfied with her service! I would recommend this place to anyone!

HORRIBLE!!!!!! they were so rude and didn’t live up to what they said they offered.
I went in for my 21st birthday. A big deal to me, told them I wanted a hot stone massage and a mani pedi. I asked if the nail artist would be there when I got there and they told me yes. I arrived and they then told me she had gone home even though I had a set appointment. I brushed that off and got my massage and pedi only to be highly disappointed. I got there at 6:25 and the whole process was done by 6:45!! I paid 56 dollars for a 5 min massage and a quick lather and nail job (only one coat put on making it very thin and see through.) Me and my mother complained to the manager who tried to tell us a normal massage usually takes 5-10 minutes and that customers like it fast..... excuse me?! Who in their right mind wants a fast massage for 56 dollars. NO ONE! We were so upset and flustered we left. Once we collected our thoughts my mother called back and the manager began to yell at my mother telling her to never call back again! How rude! I highly dont recommend coming here! It might look high class and the website might look convincing but it’s horrible service for the price.
