Went in to buy a nail file and Emery boards the girl was pleasant. I asked her if I could have some a nail file and some Emery boards so she took me over to where the nail files files were supposed to be and there weren't any. Then she offered me some wooden sticks which I've kind of decided to go ahead and take because that's all I had which I didn't really like because would keeps germs very unsanitary. Then I asked the girl about Emery boards and she had no idea what an emery board was and asked me to explain to her what they were. I was thoroughly disgusted. So I looked at the lady across the way waiting to be waited on and I told her I said you should probably go wait on her. The lady across the way kind of laughed and said she's too young to know what we're talking about. And I said yes.

$45.00 for waxing treatment, won't do it again. Do not recommend, try Regal Nails Salon and Spa.

Steven, thank you for making a chronically ill woman feel pretty again, you were great with me and have REAL TALENT. I will say that he had to clean up another "advanced master stylist's" mess and unless I see Steven I will never go back there again because I saw Nikki 2 times and was disappointed and frustrated and also must say that it doesn't matter if it says they're a Jedi Master Ninja Stylist, some people know how to listen and some don't. Not happy with this store or this "company" at all!! They are very unprofessional and a have no clue what customer service truly is!! I had 2 scheduled appointments almost 2 weeks apart. I scheduled both appointments 3 days prior to my 1st scheduled appointment. I arrive at my 1st appointment 5 minutes early and the receptionist tells me I'm not on the books. So after waiting 20-30 minutes I finally find out why I'm not able to be seen. Another employee at the store tells me that the "master stylist" that was supposed to do my hair didn't feel comfortable doing my hair because I had 2 no shows and 2 cancellations, (mind you I haven't been in to see this stylist is 2+ months and have only seen her 2 or 3 times over the last year) and the other employee said the "master stylist" that didn't "feel comfortable" doing my hair was willing to do it for that scheduled appointment but not going forward....but if she's truly uncomfortable wouldn't she not want to do it at all because after aIl she is uncomfortable 🤔!! The part that's reakk th upsetting is that at my last vist we had no issues/confrontation she made no mention of her being "uncomfortable" especially when I left her an $8 tip. And there were no notes under my account saying not to schedule me with her or any problems between the two of us until the day I arrived at my appointment.
