I was visiting from out of state and this was my first pedicure in 1 1/2 years due to the pandemic. The person I got was gone so long after putting my feet in the tub that the water got cold. Then she worked on my cuticles, only the right foot got done. When it came to the massage part only the top part of my right leg got done, again forgetting I had another side. If that wasn’t bad enough, my feet, as in both, never got rubbed at all. I’m pretty sure that’s a big part of having a pedicure. She was away from the chair so many times it was ridiculous.
I was watching the person next to her and was so wishing I had gotten her instead.

Not friendly. Long wait even though they weren’t busy. I don’t do SNS or gel because of my work profession so I can only have regular manicure. Rushed to get done. They had my manicure and eyebrow wax done in under 20 minutes. And it was not even a good job. Cuticles were barely trimmed. We gave advice on adding another coat and we’re just told NO. Wants to put flips flops back on before nails are dry. Twice this has happened. Will never go back there and will never recommend.

I walked in without an appointment and was seated immediately. I was told a price upfront for a picture I showed and after the service the price remained the same. Van did a PERFECT job on my nails. This is genuinely the best manicure I have gotten. She took her time and was very precise. I used to come here all the time when I lived close and decided to take the drive from Athens today for my birthday because I know they always do an amazing job.

When service is good, it’s great. But they are NEVER consistent. Went for SNS and only got two dips. They were filed down so thin my nails are practically the complete natural nail. Also when I got home I noticed I could see my natural nail under the color. If this lasts a week I will be shocked. I’ve consistently had inconsistent services here and tried to go back several times due to convenience. Today was my last visit. The prices are decent but you definitely get sub par work.

They did an excellent job! They were very busy today and still took great care of everyone. Love my nails!!!
