This was my first time visiting from out of town but I would definitely be a regular there if I lived nearby. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. They're very organized with their scheduling, everyone has a tip envelope for the nail technicians. I like that they have someone in house to keep the place clean and focus on the laundry. can't say enough good things about Helen who did my almond shaped acrylic and Diane who gave me a wonderful foot massage with my pedicure. I felt like a queen.
Whenever I'm in town I will be back💐

They don't do a bad job. My main complaint is that they don't really honor appointments. If a walk in shows up 5 minutes before your appointment, they take them. They overbook and don't care about the customer who actually made an appointment. They burned me twice and asked me to wait 15 minutes which turned into 30 before I walked out. The second time, I was on time only to be asked to wait again. I walked out. Never again. 1st time, shame on them, 2nd time, shame on me.

The technician is nice but my gel nails are just awful! The edges are not filled. They look so bad that I’m gonna have to get them redone. Very disappointed!
