First time at HM tan
The employee working at front desk did not greet me, instead continued to be working on the computer until I said something. She seemed annoyed that I was there? It was really awkward. Another customer came in and she (the customer) was nicer and more welcoming than the employee. I asked her a bunch of questions since she was actually able to answer them. While the customer service was bad, I gave the tanning a chance. I went full time in their highest bed. I tan very easily and even with one of their highest bronzing lotions I looked the exact same and never developed a tan. There’s a reason why this place is cheap :-(

It's truly the staff that makes this business! The facility itself is clean & cozy, large beds are presented with a towel & a comfy carpet. Plenty of options for lotions to improve & deepen your "brown".
