Went on Saturday with my sister and it wasn’t crowded. However there were only two men working, and two other women walked in after us. We arrived at about 1:50 and didn’t leave until just before 4pm. They did a good job on our nails. I think 2hrs is too long a wait. I just got a gel polish.
Update: A little over a week later, the area near the cuticles is peeling like I’ve never seen before. Disappointed to pay so much for something that didn’t even last 2 weeks.

Today was my first time getting my nails done here and professionally. The atmosphere was welcoming as soon as me and my sisters walked through the door. Frank and Melissa were very nice and funny and their
excellent service deserves a five star. They literally treat their customers like family and know almost everyone who walks in. I will be coming back soon :)

I was not impressed. Pay attention to the guy putting the nails on because the size was too wide. Way wider than my natural nails. Very very disappointing. I've never been there and only went because of the reviews. People need to be more truthful about their experiences!

Quality over quantity!!! When you go into a place that takes great pleasure in what they do, it makes the service all the more excellent. Frank and Melissa have been serving Hattiesburg for over 15 years and still to this day, THEY ARE NUMBER ONE IN THE ENTIRE region. You can't beat the prices, but overall the hospitality. O'NEIL IS THE BEST FOOT GUY YOU COULD EEEEEVVVVVVVER get!¡!

I am sure it's nice because I hear a lot of good things about it. Just not enough staff to help.
