Very satisfied. I got the deluxe pedicure it was awesome. Got a refill by thuy it turned out awesome. And my lashes were great. I feel great my new go to for nail services.

Today was my 3rd time here. The first 2 times I would have reviewed and gave 5 stars. That's why I opted to come back. Today I experienced the worst pain of my life. They had done my previous fill without any issue. The lady that did my nails last time said next time I should get them removed and get a full set. So I came in today, asked them to remove my previous nails and give me a full set. A person whose never done my nails started and clearly did not know what she was doing and took 1 hour alone removing my nails that were clearly not ready to come off. She should know if they aren't ready to come off- give me a fill until next time. Anyways, she forced and forced and one of my nails completely snapped. MY nail. I've been getting acrylic nails for 10 years now and never once have I came across pain like this during any nail appointment. She was apologetic however that did not make my pain go away. The owner came by and see my nail and asked if I wanted to continue with the full set I told her I was set to be in a wedding tomorrow and I had no choice. She continued with my nails . I was here a total of 2 hours , ended up being late to my doctor appointment and still paid $45 I was given a $10 dollar discount. On top of that , I am pregnant so am more sensitive to everything. I will never be back and previous people I have recommended to this place I will take my recommendations back. $10 off for services that I clearly weren't happy with. Pssssh never again.
