I got a full set (tips and gel) and he applied wider tips than my natural nail, then did not file the excess gel on the sides. My nails hurt now. I will not be going back.

Came in and asked for a manicure, they said yes pick a color. Made it sound like I was going to be taken care of reasonably soon. Sat and waited for an entire hour. Every minute that passed I felt committed to staying both because I'd been there for so long and because if I left my time waiting would have been wasted. I would not have waited more than 20 minutes if they had told me that was the wait but they didn't say anything to me. Were very apologetic when I was finally helped and blamed it on me not asking for the wait time and that they were short on employees. My time is more precious than anything and I felt very disrespected not having expectations managed when I arrived.

Men's sport pedi cost MORE than a regular pedi for a female!? Each time I went, costs were different for the same services....

Excellent Sevice!! Love the service that Ken and his staff provide. I have been coming here for many years and will not go anywhere else. The staff are friendly. Many customer get greeted by name when they walk in. They treat you as a person and not a number(next). I always recommend women to come here when ask where I got my nails done. I have read the negative reviews and I'm here to say that they are NOT TRUE!!! Yes most stuff don't speak well English but they either ask Ken or he jumps in and explain what customer wants. This is one thing that I like about Ken. In all the years I've been coming here I have not seen or heard staff being rude or rough with customers. Ken always wants to hear if someone is not satisfy to correct problem. You've heard the saying "customer is always right" Well Ken puts customer first. The person saying the place is not clean...can not be further from the truth!! This place is one of the cleanest salon I've been to. I have been there different days and time and have closed with them to see the detail cleaning they do. Beside sweeping and mopping they also wipe everything down before they leave each day. Emergency or last minutes walkin are not turn down.

Excellent pink and white gel nails - the best spa around. Been going here for 10 years and always satisfied. Love Kenny and the entire staff!
