I went in for the first time today to get a basic set of acrylic nails with black polish. I left with bleeding cuticles, no polish on my nails, and thick gloopy nails. I must have come in the wrong day because prior reviews do not match my experience.
After spending two hours in the nail chair, before a hand of polish was even applied, the lady I had was going to let me leave with thick, gloopy, “stuck to my skin” nails. I expressed to her that the nails looked thick and misshapen. (My nails were literally forming gloopy drips at my nail tip)
I felt very uncomfortable that she had a full conversation about my concern across the room in a language I did not understand. When her colleague came over to “fix” my nails, she aggressively filed my nails and caused my cuticles to bleed on three separate fingers. She then blamed me for having “thin skin” that caused the bleeding.
After all of this frustration I was still charged the full price and didn’t even leave with a color on my nails. Will not be coming back here for sure!

Great staff, short wait time, very clean, so many gel and dip color options! If anything is wrong they fix it without hesitation! All great technicians!

Clean and the staff is nice but my gel nails came out kind of bulbous and misshapen. Probably won’t come back for gel nails but open to trying something else.

Clean, friendly, great prices. I like that the prices are transparent and they have a kid's menu. I was very happy with my daughter and my pedicures. Even my mom was happy with her sensitive skin. We will be returning.

They are AWESOME I would n ever go anywhere else! The employees are very nice make you feel at home very relaxing!!
