I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30 I verified that the salon was open until 8 on the site and on google. The open sign was lit up when i pulled in. I was grabbing my wallet when a woman knocked on my window and said they were closed come back tomorrow. I drove home thinking maybe I read the hours wrong which i didnt. I then called to see if they took walk ins and then said yes but the woman was rude and made it a point again to say they were closed. Terrible customer service. Verified the hours and 8pm was closing time.

It depends on who you get but overall great people, good work and friendly.
