I come here regularly because of the chemical free services offered. I did have to wait a while once when I had an Appt before but I must’ve come on an off day when they were swamped. Other than that I always have a good experience. Just be away they have their busy times like any other business.

If you want super bad service this is the place.
Don't bother with making an appointment cause this place just doesn't know what means.
Someone please explain the American way, when take the time to make an appointment, you make sure whoever is assigned is ready at that time you made the appointment. This is the second time this has happened .
The first time the manager had the nail tech working on two people at one time . What??!
Who does that .
I won't give it a third try.
Odd thing is , other clients that come in and I overheard saying " are you be going to be truthful and tell me how long the real wait is going to be.
I'm done.

i have been to this nail place several times. I loved it when i first got there, but my most recent visit was a disaster. I picked my dip color and the man did my nails and when he was done, all of my nails had big dips and bumps in them. I asked him why they looked like this and she responded “bc of the tips”. I told him my nails have never looked like this and I payed for them and still have him a tip just for the work. I was unhappy with them and then they started falling off. I got them done last thursday and the first nail fell off on saturday. 2 more nails have fallen off since then. It is now Monday. I plan to go this evening to get them fixed. I am hoping the fix them all for free because this is the worst set i’ve ever had. I usually love this place but this is not ok.
UPDATE: I went in and they were extremely nice to me and redid my whole set for free. Thank you so much!

I made an appointment at 6. Came In had waited 45 minutes still no one had done my nails. i kept asking when they would get 2 me keep telling 7 more minutes. then when i decided 2 leave no one said 2 words 2 me . No apology no nothing i wont be going back

Says it was open online and went there store was closed. Then tried calling and line was “busy” so they lost a new customer!
