This past week I called the salon since it was under new management and I WANTED TO BE PAMPERED. I am a single professional working woman and they accommodated me and squeezed me in at lunchtime! Angelina was awesome and made some great suggestions and was receptive to my wishes. When I got back to the office the girls told me how great my hair looked! I WILL DEFINITELY BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER! I highly recommend this salon and YOU WILL BE PAMPERED!

Julie & the whole staff were wonderful w my 4 yr old daughter & myself! She spent a lot of time wking w me to make sure I was happy w the cut. Everyone supported my little girl when she had trouble getting her hair cut. Thank you, thank you!

New to Tucson. I've used Aveda salon for 9 years. Called to make an appt. Cut is important to me because of my outdoor lifestyle. Booked me with Maria. Receptionists said she was a little slow, but precise. Appt was at 3. Maria told me she wanted to do an all over color with highlights. I asked if I would still be blonde..she said yes. At 6 pm I'm just in shampoo bowl..I remained in shampoo bowl for sometime because she was giving me free treatments because she felt bad because I got a parking ticket.
When I finally got back to the chair, my hair looked odd...she cut it, I kept thinking when she dried it the color would look better. It did not. After 3 hrs 45 min at the salon, I hated my color. I came in very bright blonde and left ash brown. It is a very ugly drab color. No one offered anything. I paid the whole bill, even tho I was very disappointed. I can't imagine taking another 4 hrs out of my day to remedy the color...and I was not even offered the option. Would never recommend this place...not only because of poor stylist quality, horrible customer service.
