Beautiful nails but I made an appointment a week earlier and when I got there they said I didn’t make any appointment and they took someone else so I left never again.

Michelle and her team went out of her way to make me comfortable and beautiful coming and leaving her salon. Thank you so much for the experience. Definitely will come back when I’m in New York

The most unprofessional nail salon I’ve been to! Every SINGLE time I’ve gone the nail techs are too busy with their phones and texting and FaceTiming while doing my nails resulting in poor results. I had bubbles in my nails and spots that weren’t painted & immediately after I got to the check out desk I noticed and let the nail tech know and he asked me what I did when I went outside for that to happen. TERRIBLE SERVICE! And if you have an appointment it doesn’t mean anything because you still have to wait.

It was terrible!!! Dont go to this place!! I made an appointment to still have to wait to be taken and once I was done it was terrible!!! The paint was all over the cuticles and they make my nail super thick, once I went to the owner to complain for her to fix it, she said “it was fine and it’ll be better next time.” What kind of service is that? I left but once I got in my car seeing how my nails didn’t even have a consistent shape I was furious that they had taken my money and sent away like that. Finally I came back and told her I was very unhappy and wanted them fixed she had me sit down and wait “for the next available person” to fix them but as soon as 2 more clients came in, she had them taken and had me waiting for more than an hour until I gave up and decided to just leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO H NAILS!!!
