Definitely won’t be coming back. They were way more worried about being done then giving me what I wanted. Tried to over charge me because I asked them to redo a nail they had completely not straight. And I still left unhappy with my nails.

Don’t come here. Went and paid 35 bucks for a full set of nails, they refused to do the shape I wanted originally and were gonna charge me more for that shape. So I didn’t even get what I wanted. I left, next day my gel polish started peeling off. Then one week goes by (barely) and my nails are popping off one right after the other! I call and complain, they said they’d give me a refund, AND fix my nails. I get there and they’re rude to me the entire time, are taking other customers before me (who got there after me) and when they finally fixed me nails, refused to give me a refund. What happened the very next day? My thumb nail popped off. Don’t come here, not worth it.

I got a full set on Saturday; it’s now Wednesday and a nail has just popped off. When I was at the shop, I asked the lady doing my nails to please make them rounded and she either did not understand me, or didn’t want to do it, so I ended up with squared tips. This set cost me $35 and I definitely don’t think I got my money’s worth. I’m new to the area and I chose this place based on proximity and I won’t be doing that again. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
Edit: It’s now the next day and two more nails have fallen off. A bunch are lifting, too. So pissed off about this manicure.

I do not recommend star Nails, they are very unprofessional and unorganised. My mother and I went in today to get our nails done and they said 15 minutes and we went across the street and got Starbucks and went back to the nail salon and they were letting people in to get their nails done and they weren’t signed in and we were and my mom said we are signed in and they threw their hands at us and we left. Do not go to star Nails, 0 out of 5 stars, very disrespectful. We are going to Nina’s Nails to get our nails done, they are very good.

Always friendly and always take the time needed to get it right. I see many negative remarks and have to wonder how many are 'authentic' because my husband and i have been regular customers for some time and have never witnessed anything but polite and excellent service to all their clients.i would be skeptical about the 1 stars.
