i went to go get a full set of acrylics w no chip polish. the lady was rushing to get my nails done and she cut part of my cuticle off and started bleeding. my nails were uneven so i kindly asked her to make them shorter and even and she gave me this dirty look and very unprofessionally cut my nails but they were still too long. after the nail polish was applied i gave her my card to pay and i get a receipt that said $50.00!!!! the end results of my nails was definitely NOT worth 50 dollars. it was my first time there as well and i heard many good things about this place but ended up being so disappointed. i do not know if i would come here ever again.

I have gone to Cindy when she was a manager of another shop and I continue to go to her expert service now that she is at Upscale nails. Cindy is always kind, sweet and takes pride in what she does and does it well. Everyone in the shop is so nice and go out of their way to make each customer have a wonderful experience.

I had broke off a natural nail and wanted a gel manicure. The fake nail they out on ended up just as short as when I came in due to overfiling. The nails were nowhere near the same shape. At the END they charged more than they said and informed me tips can't go on credit card but I could go to Nordstrom and get cash out for that and come back. They also put an upcharge on for using the card. So I went to Nordstrom and then out into the parking lot and left. A tip? Riiiight.

My daughter and I have gone here twice. We had very nice experience both times and our nails were beautiful. Cindy could not be sweeter! We will return and tell everyone about the wonderful services we received!

Worst customer service. Came back after less than a week because my no chip was already chipped. Was laughed at and told it is my problem. While receiving service, the tech said each nail only needed to go under light for 1 min, when I asked about it she told me to not ask questions and that’s how this polish worked. Bad service, rude workers. Not even worth the convenience.
